Quantitative Analysis

The Quantitative Analysis Division is responsible for the scientific research and development of mathematical models required for a modern response to risk management theory and management decision analysis. This Division is also involved in continued research, as well as an active participation in the development and implementation of new mathematical tools and algorithms within RiskAnalytica’s risk and rewards framework.

This Division also works closely with other Divisions to interpret simulation results and provide the scientific basis in adopting dynamic algorithms (as the need arises).

The Quantitative Analysis Division is composed of a team of scientists with broad experience in mathematical modelling and data analysis. The team draws on their respective strengths to develop and maintain RiskAnalytica’s risk management framework, ensuring the implementation of the best suited mathematical tools.

The members of this Division are:

  • Applied Mathematicians with a sound experience in computational (numerical) physics, differential geometry as well as computational topology
  • Physicists with an extensive practice experience in theoretical physics and the issues surrounding the philosophical as well as computational problems in constructing the modern quantum theories of gravity
  • Statisticians highly skilled in applied decision theory, probability and statistical modeling
  • Experienced in solving non-linear dynamical systems both numerically and exactly (as a function of special functions), combined with extensive experience in the mathematical modelling of physical and social systems.
