Methods
Through a multidisciplinary team led by a mindset of risk management analysis we:
- Analyze systems to not only measure things better but to measure better things
- Challenge assumptions, and work very closely with clients to seek a richer understanding
of the factors that impact on the health and wealth of people and their communities
- Complement and enhance other more traditional models of prediction and decision analysis
- Conduct population-based studies of the health & economic consequences of health-related
conditions thereby allowing for the ranking of the relative value of knowledge
- Conduct the quantitative evaluations of the business cases of health interventions using
simulated health and wealth key outcomes
- Provide strategic risk and reward analysis by identifying and analyzing the motivations
and resources of various actors that make up a system and understand the way their needs are linked
- Provide methodologies for:
- Quantitative decision support management frameworks
- The union of stakeholders and subject matter experts around population-based analysis
- The facilitation of stakeholders and subject matter experts towards definite health
intervention policies and outcomes
